Personally, prior to Real Estate I spent 10 years as a CPGA Golf Professional at the Stratford Country Club and was active with teaching lessons, junior camps, tournament play and meticulously folding clothing in the Pro Shop!

I am also an avid musician and music lover!  My band Frontier Index (www.myspace.com/frontierindex) spent a number of years touring and recording for Rainbow Quartz International (NYC) garnering a Toronto Independent Award for Best Rock Album and a CASBY nomination for Best Independent Release in 2005. When working with Listing clients I understand the importance of money.  I like to keep as much of my money in my pocket just like everybody else.  I will do whatever I can to make sure your house sells for the MAXIMUM possible price in the MINIMUM possible time.  Although I find that the process of listing you home on the MLS service is the single best form of advertising your home to prospective, credible Buyers I also use a variety of different advertising tools, with an importance placed on on-line advertising.

I have a passion for home design and décor, and while some Realtors may include staging advice from “professional stagers”, I believe that my knowledge base and participation in the Real Estate market has given me an insight into what staging decisions actually see results and what staging decisions just complicate your life.  Having renovated several home in Stratford and surrounding area I have developed experience in the pitfalls and problems that may occur.
